Shipping:
In stock items ship within 24 hours. Most in stock orders placed before 12 p.m. MST are shipped out the same day. Special order items ship in approximately 2 weeks. Often these products do get shipped out before the estimated time, but as lightperfect.com has no control over the manufacturers, we cannot guarantee the shipping time of these items. If an item is taking too long to arrive, you can always cancel your order and receive a complete refund as long as the item hasn't shipped.
lightperfect.com ships most orders via Fed-Ex ground, although some large items such as chandeliers may be shipped on a freight truck. This can take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days from when we ship it depending on where you are located. If you need expedited shipping, you can call us at 512-986-4576 to arrange for it. The additional cost is determined on a per-order basis.
International orders will either need to call or email us in advance to get shipping costs.

For all other returns, purchaser is responsible for return shipping, and refund of purchase price (Not Shipping) will be issued when returned item has been received. Item must be returned in original packaging.
